It is understood that all Commuter passes involving food and beverages MUST be pre-purchased at the front desk not less than one(1) week prior to the start of said event. Entertainment only passes will be made available for purchase at the main gate for the duration of said event.

Early Arrival Rate:

Individuals that would like to arrive on Thursday to extend their stay by an extra day may do so at a Cost of $150.00 Per Room, Per Night (regardless of occupancy). Rate is based on European Plan and includes overnight accommodations ONLY.

Payment Plan:

$100 Per Room Deposit is due immediately upon reservation

February 1st, 2012 - $100 payment due per person

April 1st, 2012 - $100 payment due per person

June 1st, 2012 - $100 payment due per person

August 1st, 2012 $100 payment due per person

All payments will be automatically deducted from credit card on file on the due dates.
